Once you enter the garage from South Florida Avenue or South Morgan Street, take these steps:

• Park in any available non-reserved parking space (don't park in spaces marked "Reserved"). Please  also observe any posted time restrictions.
• Proceed to a pay station within 15 minutes of parking.
• Follow the on-screen prompts, which will include,
  • Enter your vehicle’s license plate number
  • Select parking duration (until 8:00 pm)
  • Select YES when asked if you have a voucher or validation code
  • Enter the validation code BLLYG9
• When the screen displays "Purchase Completed," you're all set
• From the garage, walk south on South Florida Avenue.
• The main entrance to the hotel is at the corner of South Florida Avenue and Water Street. If you prefer, you may enter through the lobby bar using the double glass doors under the Driftlight Steakhouse sign just before you reach Water Street.
• Take the elevators or escalators up to the second level of the hotel and follow the Creative Planning signs to the H.B. Plant Ballroom.

COMPLIMENTARY VALET

• Pull up to the Valet entrance on Water Street and tell the valet you are attending the Creative Planning event.
• From the lobby, take the elevators or escalators up to the second level of the hotel and follow the Creative Planning signs to the H.B. Plant Ballroom.
• Be sure to pick up your complementary valet voucher at the validation table outside the ballroom before you go to pick up your car.

ARRIVAL TIP

To avoid long entry lines, please plan to arrive closer to 2:00 p.m., as higher traffic is expected just before 3:00 p.m. To help with traffic flow at the end of the evening, we have extended the reception by an additional 30 minutes so guests may depart gradually.
