To avoid long entry lines, please
plan to arrive between 2:00 p.m.
and 2:30 p.m., as higher traffic is expected just before 3:00 p.m. To help with traffic flow at the end of the evening, we have extended the reception by an additional 30 minutes so guests may depart gradually.

COMPLIMENTARY ONSITE SELF-PARKING

• From South Christopher Columbus Boulevard, the garage entrance is just north of the hotel.
  • If traveling northbound, pass the Hilton’s main traffic light at Dock Street and make a right
    at the next traffic light to enter the parking garage.
  • If traveling southbound, make a left at the traffic light just before the Hilton to enter the
    parking garage.
• Inform the parking attendant at the garage entrance that you are attending the Creative Planning event; they will provide you with a parking ticket
• Park in any available space.
• Take the garage elevators to the ground level, then follow the walkway toward the hotel
  elevators, and proceed to the lobby level.
• From the lobby, take the escalators or elevators to the second floor and follow the Creative
  Planning signs to the Grand Ballroom.
• Be sure to pick up your complimentary self-parking voucher at the validation table outside the
  ballroom.
• Upon departure, provide your parking ticket and complimentary self-parking voucher to the
  parking attendant as you exit the parking garage.
