Where will CONNECT26 Dallas be held?
CONNECT26 Dallas will be held in the Texas Ballroom A on Level 3 of the Convention Center of the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center (1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051). Please note that our event will be held in the Convention Center, not the hotel. The Convention Center has a separate entrance and is located near the corner of Convention Center Drive and Gaylord Trail. Download a map and detailed parking instructions.

May I bring a guest to CONNECT26 Dallas?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring up to two guests in addition to yourself and your partner. Please register yourself as the primary guest then add additional guest names and email addresses in the Additional People portion of the registration form found here: Register.

Will the event be recorded or livestreamed? 
No, the event won’t be recorded or livestreamed.

Is there a cost to attend? 
No, attendance is complimentary (however, please note that any travel expenses won’t be reimbursed).

What’s the recommended attire?
Guests typically wear smart casual attire at our CONNECT events, but we encourage you to wear whatever is most comfortable for you. We suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket, as the large venue is difficult to heat/cool to everyone’s comfort.

Where can I park?
Self-parking is available at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Please note that our event will be held in the Convention Center, not the hotel. Is there food at CONNECT26 Dallas?
Yes, we’ll serve drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres following the speaker presentations. Prior to the event, coffee, tea, and light snacks will be available.
