GPS Address for Parking

Set your GPS to the parking garage across from the Convention Center:

William Street Parking Garage
9500 Williams Street, Rosemont, IL 60018

The garage entrance is located on Williams Street, right past the Embassy Suites Hotel.

Parking & Getting to the Walkway

• Enter the garage and pull a paper parking ticket at the gate. (Keep this ticket in a safe place - you will need it when you drive out).
• Drive up to Level 2 and park in any available space. If you park on a different floor, take the garage elevator to Level 2.
• Look for the signs near the elevators/doors that read "Skybridge to Convention Center".

Crossing to the Event (No Stairs or Street Crossing Required)

• Enter the Skybridge on Level 2. This is an enclosed, climate-controlled indoor bridge that spans across River Road.
• Follow the glass walkway straight across into the building.
• The Skybridge brings you directly into the 2nd Floor Conference Center of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.

Parking Validation & Registration

• Validation: Right as you step off the Skybridge into the Conference Center lobby, stop at the Parking Validation Table to receive your complimentary validation voucher.

When You Leave

• Return across the Skybridge to Level 2 or the level you parked at in the garage and go to your vehicle.
• At the garage exit gate, insert your original parking ticket first.
• Scan your validation voucher second. The gate arm will lift so you can exit freely.

Ask your driver to pull into the main entrance circular diveway.

Entering the Building

• Have your driver drop you off at the main circular driveway.
• Enter through the main glass doors into the ground-floor main lobby.

Going Up to the Conference Center

• Once inside the main lobby, locate the escalators (or elevators, if you prefer a step-free option).
• Take the escalator or elevator UP to Level 2.
• At the top, follow the overhead signs directly to the Conference Center.

ARRIVAL TIP

To avoid long entry lines, please plan to arrive closer to 2:00 p.m., as higher traffic is expected just before 3:00 p.m. To help with traffic flow at the end of the evening, we have extended the reception by an additional 30 minutes so guests may depart gradually.
